Beulah S. Rooker, a former Hillsboro (Oregon) resident, died June 10
1985, at the Alamitos West Convalescent Hospital in Los Alamitos. She
was 88. Mrs. Rooker was born Oct 8 1896 in Parnell, MO.
She lived in Hillsboro from 1935 to 1975. After the death of her
husband of 53 years, Oscar Rooker, she moved to California to be near
her only surviving child, O. Elwin Rooker.
Survivors include one son, Elwin of Cypress, Calif.; one sister, Marie
Jerred of South Dakota; three grandchildren; and seven
great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Rooker was buried at Valley Memorial Park in Hillsboro on Friday.
Fuiten Mortuary in Hillsboro handled the arrangements.
