ANABEL FINK
Anabel Blaine Fink died at a home in Vancouver after
living most of her life in White Salmon on April 30, 1995, at the age of
88.
Mrs. Fink was born Oct. 5, 1906, in Centralia, to Lewis
and Gretta Blaine. She loved her family, friends and out of doors. Favorite
activities included travel into and through the country she truly enjoyed
in search of huckleberries, camping sites and scenery. She loved cooking,
craft work and crocheting. Throughout her early life, she worked at the Underwood
store and at several restaurants in. the Bingen, White Salmon and Hood River
communities.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ivan K. Fink
in 1987 and her only son Richard (Bud) Walker in 1988.
Mrs. Blaine is survived by three daughters Maxine (Mickey)
Nielsen, Olympia, Pauline Phillips, Spanaway, and Gayle MacKay of Vancouver.
Other survivors include daughter-in-law Edie Walker Barker, Underwood; son-in-law
Don MacKay, Vancouver; 18 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 1 great,
great-grandchild.
Funeral services for Mrs. Fink will be held May 6, 1995,
at 10 a.m. at Gardner Funeral Home in White Salmon. Interment is in White
Salmon Cemetery.
Gardner Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

ANABEL B. FINK
Anabel Blaine Fink, 88, died Sunday, April 30, 1995,
at her Vancouver home. She had lived most of her life in the White Salmon
area and had worked at several restaurants in White Salmon, Bingen, Wash.,
and Hood River, Ore.
She is survived by three daughters, Maxine "Mickey" Nielsen
of Olympia, Pauline Phillips of Spanaway, Wash., and Gayle MacKay of Vancouver;
18 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
Mrs. Fink was born Oct. 5, 1906, in Centralia. She enjoyed
traveling in the country, looking for huckleberries and camping, crafts and
crocheting.
Her husband, Ivan, died in 1987 and a son, Richard "Bud,"
died in 1988.
A funeral will begin at 10 a.m. at Gardner Funeral Home
in White Salmon. Burial will be in White Salmon Cemetery.
