FINAL RITES FOR ALBERT MESSENGER ARE HELD MONDAY
Final rites for Albert D. Messenger, 81, were held in
the Phillips funeral home Monday afternoon at two o'clock, in charge of Rev.
Stack, of The Dalles. Interment was in the Pleasant Valley cemetery.
Mr. Messenger passed away last Friday night, May 9, in
the Goldendale General hospital after an illness of three weeks. He had been
in failing held for several years.
He leaves two half-sisters, Mrs. John Ray, of Goldendale,
and Mrs. Dana Thorn, of Klickitat, and the number of more-distant relatives.
