FINAL RITES HELD FOR ALLENA OLSON PIONEER RESIDENT

     Allena H. Olson, who had lived in Underwood and vicinity for many years and had been a resident of Husum at one time, died on Nov. 16th, at the Cascade Villa Convalescent Center in Goldendale, Wa. She was born Oct. 15th, 1881 at Holt Company, Mo.
     She was preceded in death by her husband, William, in 1963.
     Survivors are: four sons, Elwin of Bingen, Luther of Husum, Carl of Wapato, Wa., and Hugh Gale of Gresham, Ore.; one daughter, Mrs. H.E. Dougherty (Clara) of Osborne, Ida.; two sisters, Minnie and Belle; one brother, Lee Huff of Salt Lake City, Utah; ten grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
     Graveside services were held Monday afternoon Nov. 20, at the Lyle Cemetery in Lyle, Wa. Mozart Burles presided and services were by the Church of Latter Day Saints of White Salmon.
