ISOLINE SPRAGUE

     Former Glenwood resident Alberta Isoline Sprague died in Tacoma, on April 12, 2005, at the age of 78. She was born in Pasco on May 21, 1926, the daughter of Thelma I. (Cox) and Albert W. Booher.
     She graduated from Glenwood Schools and then continued on to business college in Yakima, where she earned an associate degree. She worked for State Farm Insurance. She met Russell Sprague on a USO dance floor and the two married in Yakima on Dec. 29, 1945. They moved to Los Angeles in 1946, and later returned to Glenwood, and enjoyed spending winters in Arizona. He died in 1992. She married Lloyd Brock on Feb. 14, 1994, and he died in 2000.
     She loved all kinds of dancing, sewing, ceramics and reading.
     Survivors include her children Gary Sprague, Woodland; Larry Sprague, Morton, Beverly Scott and Cheryl Estrada, both of Vancouver, Randy Sprague, Sumner, and Shelly Urton, Auburn; sisters Ruth Warner, Vancouver, Marie Vaughn, Monterey, Calif., and Jackie Templeton, Prineville, Ore.; 19 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren with one on the way.
     She was preceded in death by her husbands and her brother Bud Booher.
     A funeral service was held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2005, at the Pioneer Memorial Community Church in Glenwood with interment at the Mt. Adams Cemetery.
