ANDY REINLAND

     Andrew John Reinland Jr., born June 27, 1985, in Underwood to Andy and Rosa Kapp Reinland, died Feb. 23 in Walla Walla following cancer surgery.
     He was the second child of a family of four. He attended Pomeroy Grade School, Dayton High School, Lewis and Clark State College and graduated from San Francisco Mortuary College in 1963.
     He operated Richardson Funeral Home in Pomeroy until 1976 and worked in Lewiston, Idaho, and Chehalis before moving to Walla Walla as resident manager of Groseclose Garden Chapel four years ago. His life centered around his family and his work.
     Mr. Reinland is survived by his wife Gracie; one daughter, Catherine Johnson, Midland, Texas; one son, Jeffrey Reinland, Cheney; his mother of Spokane; one sister, Rosalie Rosenbach, Missoula, Mont.; two brothers, George and Max Reinland, both of Spokane; one step-daughter, Karen McCaslin, Walla Walla; two step-sons, Stephen and Douglas Heimbigner, both of Walla Walla; and two grand-daughters.
     Funeral services were held Feb. 26 at Groseclose Garden Chapel. Interment services were held Feb. 28 at Chris-Zada Cemetery in Underwood.
