MRS. TOM TWOHIG PASSES FOLLOWING EXTENDED ILLNESS

     Mrs. Tom Twohig, 67, resident of Goldendale for the past 41 years, died at her home here Tuesday evening following an extended illness. Mrs. Twohig had been in poor health for the past four years and had been bedfast for 10 months immediately prior to her passing.
     Low mass will be held from Holy Trinity Catholic Church Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. with the Rev. Father John Hartnett officiating. Interment will be in the Catholic cemetery. The Phillips Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
     Mrs. Twohig was born Oct. 23, 1874 at San Mateo, Calif. She came to Klickitat county as a child of three with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.P. Colleary. The family homesteaded in Pleasant Valley. She had been a resident of this county since that date.
     In 1897 she was united in marriage with Tom Twohig at The Dalles. Since 1901 Mr. and Mrs. Twohig had made their home in Goldendale. She is survived by her husband, Tom Twohig; one brother, Charles Colleary, of Vancouver; and three sisters, Agnes Curran, of Heppner, Ore., Mrs. Leo Grant, of Santa Monica, Calif., and Mrs. Elizabeth Groshong, of White Salmon.

     Funeral services for Mrs. Tom Twohig, 67, a resident of Goldendale for over 40 years, was held in Goldendale Thursday of last week. Mrs. Twohig died at her home in Goldendale Tuesday.
     Low mass was held from the Holy Trinity Catholic church at 10 A.M. Thursday with Rev. Father John Hartnett officiating. Funeral arrangements were made by the Phillips home with interment at the Catholic cemetery.
      Survining besides the widower are a brother, Charles Colleary, of Vancouver, and three sisters, Mrs. Agnes Curran, of Heppner, Oregon, Mrs. Leo Grant, of Santa Monica, California, and Mrs. Elizabeth Groshong, of White Salmon.
