SERVICES FOR A. KAYSER SET FOR THIS THURSDAY
Graveside services for Avon Kayser, former Goldendale
resident, will be held at the Centerville Cemetery, Thursday March 26 at
3 p.m. Funeral services were held earlier in the day at Rainier, Oregon,
from the Hockinson Funeral Home.
Mr. Kayser passed away Tuesday morning in a Longview
hospital following an illness of two weeks. Obituary will be published next
week.

M. AVON KAYSER
M. Avon Kayser was born June 30, 1900 in The Dalles.
He passed away on March 24, 1964 in Longview at a local hospital.
He spent his early years in the Klickitat Valley where
he engaged in farming until 1942. He has been engaged in business for the
biggest part of the time and was in business in Rainier, Oregon until the
time of his death.
He was the eldest son of Margaret and Millard Kayser.
In 1920 he was united in marriage to Laura Wiidanen and to this union were
born two daughters, Loraine Buchanan, Graceville, Minn., and Barbara Turner,
Rainier, Oregon.
He leaves to mourn his wife, Laura; two daughters, nine
grandchildren, a brother Arlo Kayser of Goldendale, his brother Mark preceded
him in death in 1952, and a number of nieces nephews and uncles.
