ARTHUR M. WILSON

     Arthur Mitchell Wilson, 82, of 7922 N. Ivanhoe St., will be buried Wednesday in the Centerville cemetery near Goldendale, Wash.
     Mr. Wilson died Saturday. Before retirement, he was a steam hammer operator for the Skookum Company.
     He was born March 18, 1886, at Centerville, Wash. He came to Portland 25 years ago.
     Surviving are sons Harvey at Vancouver and Howard at Portland; daughters Edna Peters at The Dalles, Betty Carling at Eugene; brother, Oscar at Goldendale; sisters Anna Norton, Margaret Gilbert and Lydia Ferduson in Portland.

ARTHUR M. WILSON

     Arthur M. Wilson, son of Mike and Rikka Hook Wilson, was born at Centerville, Wa., on April 18, 1886, and died at Portland, Or., on February 15, 1969.
     He left this area in 1936 and worked as a steam hammer operator for the Skookum Company in Portland, before his retirement.
     He is survived by two sons, Harvey of Vancouver, Wa., and Howard of Portland, Or.; two daughters, Etna Peters, The Dalles, Ore., and the Betty Garling of Eugene, Or.; one brother, Oscar, of Goldendale, and three sisters, Anna Hardin, Margaret Gilbert and Lydia Ferguson, all of Portland, Or. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
     Services were held Wednesday, February 19 at the Knosher Funeral Home in Goldendale with Ray Hilman officiating. Interment was in the Centerville Cemetery.
     Pallbearers were Eldon McKune, Arnold Hoikka, Stewart Basse, Howard Norris, Harvey Niemela and Ronald Niva.
