ARNOLD M. HOIKKA

     Arnold M. Hoikka, 77 of Goldendale, passed away in March 20, 1987 in The Dalles.
     He was born Feb. 28, 1920 at Centerville to Herman and Ida Hoikka. Arnie attended school at Warwick and Happy Valley, and farmed at Centerville of most of his life.
     He was a member of the Apostolic Lutheran Church in Centerville, and the Centerville Grange. Arnie loved to farm and was a rock hound.
     He is survived by four sisters, Linda Scott of Battle Ground, Wash., Louise Mattson of Goldendale, Elina Grabin of Tacoma, and Martha Hunt of Edmonds, Wash.; and several nieces and nephews.
     Funeral services were held March 24 in the Erdman Funeral Home with Pastor Ray Hilman of the Apostolic Lutheran Church officiating. Interment was in the Centerville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
