RETIRED ENGINEER PASSED OCT. 16
Andrea MacLean, 91 years old, a retired electrical engineer
who has occupied a small ranch on the Little White Salmon River in the Willard
area for several years, passed away from a heart ailment on Oct. 16. He had
lived alone on the tract since coming to the county about 1938. He was born
in Scotland.
Funeral services were held in White Salmon and the remains
laid to rest in the White Salmon I.O.O.F. cemetery.

ANDRA MACLEAN
Andra MacLean Willard died at his residence in Willard
on October 16th.
Andra MacLean was born on July 12, 1856 in Scotland.
He was 91 years, 3 months and 4 days old. He was a retired electrical engineer.
Burial was held on October 19th at the IOOF Cemetery in White
Salmon.
Funeral services were held at Gardner's Funeral Home
in White Salmon. A Christian Science service was held Mrs. Bunn reading the
service. Mrs. Clara Putney sang.
He is survived by his wife, Ortha Reed MacLean, of Hood
River, Oregon.
