Bud Miller Missing In Action

     The Sentinel received word this morning from Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Miller, former Alderdale residents, who are now residing at Curlew, that they had just received word from the War Department stating that their son Sgt. Albert (Bud) Miller, was missing in action in the European theatre since April 20. Sgt. Miller's wife and son, Reed, were with his parents at the time they received the shocking news. The Sentinel joins Klickitat county residents in extending sympathy to the bereaved family.
