A.T. REED PASSES ON
Well Known Here For The Past Several Years
Arthur Thomas Reed, born in St. Louis, Mo., March 6,
1870. Family moved to Portland, Ore., in year 1878. Lived there until 1916,
when he moved his family to White Salmon. He was married to Gertrude Andrus
in 1898. He is survived by his three daughters, Mrs. Ivan Withrow, and Mrs.
Allan J. Higdon, of Seattle, Wash., and Mrs. Wm. Lauterbach, of this city.
Grandchildren are: Westley and Audrie Withrow, Dolores
Higdon and Phyllis, Dorene, and Wm. R. Lauterbach, Jr. Also three brothers:
Howard and William Reed, of Portland, and O.D. Reed, of Vancouver, B.C..
A sister, Mrs. Cora Lindley, of Tulare, Calif.
He passed away at 1 a.m., on November 26, 1934, at the
Hood River Hospital.
