"Local"

     Mrs. Walter V. Woods died on Saturday afternoon at her home several miles northwest of Goldendale, of septic meninigitis. She was 37 years of age, and leaves a husband and a host of friends to mourn her loss. The funeral services were held on Tuesday afternoon at the Spring Creek Cemetery by Rev. J.E. Adams, and she was buried in the little cemetery there. Mrs. Woods with a lovable woman, and will be greatly missed by her relatives and friends.
