BUD YARNELL PASSES AWAY AT AGE 86
Bud H. Yarnell passed away at Skyline Hospital February
21st at the age of 86 years. He was born to George and Anna Yarnell April
6, 1888 in Durant, in the Oklahoma Territory.
He married Opal Triplett in White Salmon, Washington
on October 21, 1922. She preceded him in death February 13, 1962.
During his working years he took care of School Bus
Maintenance for the White Salmon Public School District.
He is survived by his son, Loren (Buck) Yarnell of White
Salmon; a daughter, Marie Bradley of Thousand Oaks, California; four
grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Lem W. Yarnell of
White Salmon, Wa.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 25, at 2:30
p.m. at Gardner's Funeral Home in White Salmon, Washington. Interment in
the White Salmon Cemetery followed. The Rev. Fred Haag of the Bethel
Congregational Church of White Salmon officiated at the services.
