WOODMANSEE
Betty Woodmansee of Eugene, Oregon, born August 14, 1927
in Burr, Nebraska to Walter and Ruby Williams, passed away September 12 in
Portland.
Married to Charles Woodmansee in 1963, she had been a
secretary at Klickitat Valley Realty for many years until the family moved
to Eugene earlier this year. An out-doors lover, she enjoyed hunting and
fishing.
Mrs. Woodmansee is survived by her husband, Charles,
at the family home in Eugene; by two sons: Mike Nidercost of Eugene and Bill
Adams of Springfield, Oregon; by five grandchildren; by her stepfather, Elwood
Williams of Vancouver; and by a brother, Rich Williams of Washougal.
Funeral services were held Sept. 15 in the chapel of
Knosher-Erdman Funeral Home, Pastor Glynn Bolch of Vancouver officiating.
Burial followed in the Mt. Adams Cemetery, Glenwood.
Pallbearers included Roger Telford, Tom Cuff, Church
Rice, Don Brashers, Colin Chisholm and David McKenzie.
The family suggests memorials may be made to the Oncology
Nursing Fund of Providence Hospital, Portland.
