     In the death of Charles J. Peterson at Trout Lake Sunday, Western Klickitat county has lost another of its well know pioneers. Mr. Peterson had lived on his ranch in the Trout Lake valley for about 40 years, until ten years ago, when he and his family moved to Portland for the benefit of his health. He had been an invalid the past ten years, and had been brought back to Trout Lake two months ago.
