DEATH TAKES C.L. WALKER
Clinton L. Walker, 70, died Wednesday in his home at
614 East Twenty-ninth Street, Vancouver.
Walker is survived by his widow, Mrs. Victoria Walker,
Vancouver; a daughter, Mrs. Gladys Klatt, Wacoma Beach, Ore.; a stepson,
Ronald E. DuFresne, Vancouver, and a brother, Herman Walker of Goldendale.
He leaves one grandson and a great grandson.
A native of South Dakota, Walker had lived 10 years in
Vancouver where he attended the First Methodist Church. Funeral services
were held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Vancouver Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Olin
M. Graham officiated.
Graveside services were held Saturday June 20 at 2:30
p.m. at the Spring Creek cemetery. Mr. Walker was a long time resident of
Klickitat County having come here as a young man and taking a homestead in
the Crofton Prairie area.
