CARL O. HOOD

     Carl O. Hook, who lived most of his life in the Centerville area before moving to Goldendale several years ago, passed away in Goldendale, April 23.
     He was born to Charles and Annie Hook on May 27, 1896 in The Dalles, Ore.
     He is survived by a niece, Virginia Winegar, Prairie City, Ore., and a nephew, Carl F. Evans, Haines, Ore.
     Graveside services were held at the Centerville Cemetery Tuesday with Pastor Bill Thoresen officiating.
