"Glenwood Notes"

     Mrs. Sweighoeffer, at Laurel, passed away Saturday night or early Sunday morning. The services were held here Monday afternoon at the church. Services by Rev. Good and the funeral conducted by undertaker Oscar Gardner from White Salmon. She was laid to rest by the side of her husband in the Mt. Adams cemetery.
     Sympathy is extended to the two sons left.

LAUREL RESIDENT PASSES FOLLOWING BRIEF ILLNESS

     GLENWOOD -- The funeral of Mrs. Wm. Zueihoefer, of Laurel, Wash., was held Monday at 2 p.m. at the church, Rev. Good conducting the services. She was laid to rest in the Mt. Adams cemetery beside her husband who passed away on March 24, 1933. She passed away March 9th, 1935, at Laurel. She was born in Berlin, Germany, in 1888 and came to this country in 1909. She was married in Wm. Zueihoefer the same year. Two sons were born to this union, Irving, of Trout Lake, and Curt, of Laurel. Sympathy is extended to the bereaved sons at this their sad hour.
