DAVID G. WILLIAMS
David Gabriel Williams of Wahkiacus died Nov. 2 at home.
He was 81.
Mr. Williams was born Aug. 1, 1911 in itself Dakota to
Mary (Zakee) and George Williams. He lived in Wahkiacus area for 45 years,
worked for Woodruff Sawmill and was considered a good carpenter, and was
a member of the Wahkiacus Seventh-day Adventist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Nina of Wahkiacus; Leon Williams
of Snowden, and Richard Williams of Wahkiacus; nine grandchildren and five
great grandchildren; sister, Jeanette Kamerud of South Dakota. He was preceded
in death by a daughter, Flora Woodruff in 1982.
Graveside services were held Nov. 6 at Hilltop Cemetery
in Wahkiacus.
