DAVID MURDOCK
David John Murdock, Lyle, at his home on April 3, 1995,
at the age of 68.
Mr. Murdock was born Feb. 7, 1927, in Vancouver to Hanna
(Gray) and David Murdock. He joined the Army after graduating from Vancouver
High School. He married Genevieve Pluid in Vancouver in 1950. They moved
to Seattle in 1965, and then back to Southwest Washington in 1980. He worked
for Bonneville Power from 1960 until his retirement in 1985. He was a member
of Columbia Grange #87 and American Legion Port #0014.
Mr. Murdock is survived by his wife Genevieve Murdock
, Lyle; sons Daniel Bruce Murdock, Seattle; daughter Cynthia Jean Bowers,
Snohomish; and brothers Donald Thomas Murdock, Vancouver and Allen Murdock,
Beaverton, Ore.
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 7, 1995,
at 3 p.m. at Evergreen Staples Chapel in Vancouver.
Gardner Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
