DOUGLAS LOYD STEPHENSON

     Douglas Loyd Stephenson, 38 of Goldendale, passed away Oct. 9, 1997 at Mt. Adams Care Center.
     He was born Sept. 5, 1959 at Sunnyside to Lloyd and Ruth Ann Stephenson. Douglas attended schools in Goldendale and graduated from Goldendale High School. He loved fishing, hunting and camping and played football and baseball.
     Survivors include two sons, Jeremy and Shane of Goldendale; one sister, Debbie Zielinski and husband Burl and sons Jace & Tye of Goldendale; his grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Merl Rathbun also of Goldendale; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins in Seattle, and many friends.
     He was preceded in death by his father and 1989 and his mother in 1994.
     Graveside services were held on Oct. 13, at the Centerville Cemetery with Pastor Vernon Chase officiating. Arrangements were under the care of Erdman Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
