SCOTT

     Dorothy Scott, 67, died April 1, 1980 at The Dalles. She was born June 13, 1922 at White Salmon to Jerome S. & Marie Stupfil Klinger.
     Dorothy attended high school at White Salmon and Mt. Angel Academy of Mt. Angel, Ore. She married Roscoe Scott August 25, 1940 at White Salmon in St. Josephs Catholic Church. The couple resided in Klickitat their entire married life.
     Mrs. Scott was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church, The Dalles, a Charter Member of Auxiliary Local No. 453, and Local 2805, Lumber and Sawmill Workers Union. She was also a former assistant den mother to Cub Scouts. Her interests were cooking and her family.
     Survivors include her husband Roscoe of Klickitat; and son, Jerry Scott of Vancouver, Wash.; a brother, Lawrence J. Klinger of Portland, Ore.; a cousin Wally Smith of Bend; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Wayne and a brother and sister.
     Rosary service will be 7 p.m. Thursday, April 5 and Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Trinity Catholic Church Goldendale with Father Ronald Maag and Father Thomas Lane as officiants. Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery.
     Pallbearers will be Bill Bush, Jerry Olney, Stan Havens, Jeff Kiser, Mark and Michael Scott. Honorary pallbearer will be Monte Scott.
