O.D. TAYLOR HEARD FROM
Word has been received here that Rev. O.D. Taylor, projector of the Grand Dalles and other numerous schemes in this vicinity, has been held on bonds of $8000 at Saginaw, Mich., to answer to a charge of obtaining money under false pretenses. The charge on which he is held rose out of certain transactions he had with parties in Michigan in connection with lands located in this the city. Our informant did not know at what date Mr. Taylor's case would be investigated by the Saginaw grand jury. - Mountaineer.
