DAVID W. LAMB
David W. Lamb was born at Elimera, OR on December 16,
1895 and died at Klickitat Valley Hospital on October 12, 1969. He was the
son of Alexander and Emma (Hinton) Lamb.
He attended school and was a graduate of Elimera High
School. He was a veteran of World War 1; spent some time in Alaska with the
Engineer Corp., and enlisted in the Navy in 1943 during the Second World
War. After his discharge in 1945, Mr. Lamb was a student at Perry Trade School
in Yakima and then graduated from Oregon Tech at Klamath Falls, OR.
He resided in this Centerville community for a number
of years.
Survivors include one brother, James, of Redmond, OR
as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
Services were conducted on October 15, 1969 at the Knosher
Funeral Home in Goldendale with Don Dusenberry officiating. Interment was
in the Centerville Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Mark Kayser, Keith Kayser, Barry Kayser,
Howard Palmer, Orville Patnode and Max Nogle.
