MRS. W. W. SHULTZ SERVICES TUESDAY
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 9
at Gardners Funeral Home for Mrs. Wm. W. (Eva Bernice) Schultz, 57, a resident
of White Salmon since 1938. The Reverend Geo. P. George officiated. Interment
was in the local IOOF cemetery.
Eva Bernice Schultz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George
Card, was born in Michigan, June 3, 1895. In 1905 her parents moved to
Clatskanie, Oregon, where she went to school. She was married to Wm. W. Schultz
on Feb. 13, 1913 and shortly later moved to Ilwaco, Wn., where their son,
Ted Schultz of Roseburg, Ore., and two daughters, Mrs. Gertrude Thornton
of Long Beach, Calif., and Mrs. Dean (Alma) Nichols of White Salmon were
born.
Mrs. Schultz is survived by her husband and their three
children, and four grandchildren. She died at her home on Friday, Feb. 5.
