Judge Duncan was a master mason for 46 years, having joined the lodge in Troy, O., where he was a charter member and later grand master of the lodge. He also was a life member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and was a member of St. John's Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Elizabeth Duncan; two sons, Clifford Duncan, Seattle, and E. Carlton Duncan, Camas; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Stewart, Trout Lake, Wash., Mrs. Martha Mapes, Quilcene, Mrs. Helen Craig, Camas, and Mrs. Vesta Carpenter, Harrisburg, Ore.
