"Glenwood Notes"
The funeral of Ed Kuhnhausen was held at the Mt. Adams cemetery Wednesday, August 4. He was a former pioneer of Glenwood, and was a resident of Molalla for a number of years. Those to mourn his sad departure are three children. Mrs. maurice Hickey, Frank and Herbert Kuhnhausen, and a number of brothers, August, Paul, Oliver, Will and Oscar Kuhnhausen, and a sister, Mrs. Clarea Borde and a number of relatives. To the bereaved we extend our sincere sympathy.

EDWARD KUHNHAUSEN
Edward Kuhnhausen, 74, Oregon City, route 3, died at
his home Sunday after a four weeks' illness. He was born in Germany March
7, 1863, and came to America at the age of 19. He settled in Chicago later
coming to Washington.
He is survived by his wife, Johanna, and three daughters,
Mrs. Elizabeth Rankin, Silver Creek, Wash.; Mrs. Minnie Hickey, Sandy, and
Mrs. Elsie Chiodo of Gresham; three sons, Herbert of White Salmon, Wash.;
Frank, Glenwood, Wash.; and Eric of Oregon City; five brothers, Paul, Alvier,
Oscar, and August, all of Glenwood, and a sister, Mrs. Clara Borde also of
Glenwood.
He had lived in Clackamas county for 20 years, having
been a farmer in Glenwood for 40 years, prior to coming here.
Services will be Wednesday 10 a.m. from the Oregon City Funeral
home, Rev. E.G. Wuest residing the service.
