EPIDEMIC TAKES ITS TOLL, TWO DIED YESTERDAY
The sad news of the death of two of White Salmon's young
men is received this Thursday morning as this issue of the Enterprise goes
to press. The young men who passed away are Ernest H. Driver and Calvin Bullard.
Both young men died from pneumonia. Mr. Bullard leaves a wife and child,
besides his parents, two sisters and a brother.
Ernest Driver passed away at the home of Mrs. Smith in
the Pleasant View district. He is well known here having served in the capacity
of assistant postmaster for a year of so until recently. Relatives live in
England.
The funerals will be held today.
