MRS. EMMA CHUBB
Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Chubb, of Trout Lake, who died December 10, at the Goldendale hospital, were held in the Advent Church in Trout Lake Monday, with Gardner's service in charge. Interment was in the Trout Lake Cemetery. Emma Chubb was born in Canada September 1, 1854 and came to the United States with her parents before becoming a year old. Four children survive; Mrs. May Rutger, of Seattle; Roy Chubb, of Husum; Ray Chubb of Shelton, Washington; and D.W. Chubb of Wapato.

Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Chubb of Trout Lake who
died at the Goldendale hospital Dec. 10 were held in the Advent church in
Trout Lake Monday, December 14 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Hamm officiating. Gardner's
Service was in charge of arrangements. Interment was in the Trout Lake cemetery.
Emma Chubb was born in Canada September 1, 1854 and came
to the United States with her parents before becoming a year old, living
in Ohio until coming to Washington in 1901, when she settled in Trout Lake
where she had made her home ever since. She was married in 1875 and was the
mother of 9 children, four of whom survive her; Mrs. May Rutger of Seattle,
Roy Chubb of Husum, Ray Chubb of Shelton, Wash., and D.W. Chubb of Wapato.
Also surviving are a number of grandchildren, several great
grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
