MRS. ELMA COOKE DIES AT LEBANON

     Lebanon -- Mrs. Elma (Eliza) Cooke, 88, Rt. 3, Lebanon, died Sunday morning in a Lebanon hospital.
     She was born in Iowa on Nov. 12, 1870, and had lived in Lebanon since 1941. She was married to Charles A. Cooke in 1942.
     In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Merle Kirk of Hermiston, and a daughter, Mrs. Helen Tyler of Sweet Home.
     Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m Tuesday at the Jost Funeral home in Lebanon, with Pastor Peter Peters of Grace Mennonite church in Sweet Home officiating. Burial will be in Lyle cemetery at Lyle, Wash.
