ETHEL I. HUNTER
Ethel A. Hunter, 100, of Goldendale passed away September
23, 1994 in Gig Harbor, Washington.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 1 at 1 p.m.
at the First Baptist Church. Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation.

ETHEL A.I. HUNTER
Mrs. Ethel Amelia Imogene (Miller) Hunter passed away
September 23, 1994 in Gig Harbor, Wash.
She was born on August 15, 1894 in Defiance, Ohio to
W.I. and Whileamandia (Minnie) Miller.
Ethel married Ralph Hunter on the July 7, 1922 in Sunnyside,
Wash.
The family homesteaded at Spring and Creek where Ethel
lived for 64 years before she moved into Goldendale. She moved to a care
center in Gig Harbor in 1991.
Ethel was a member of the First Baptist Church where
she held many offices. She loved to quilt and enjoy life and was always a
ready to go places.
She is survived by one son, Irvin of Goldendale; two
daughters, Peggy Storkel of Goldendale and Lavona Fraychineaud of Gig Harbor;
nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren
also survive.
Preceding her in death was her husband; parents, and
an only sister.
Funeral services were held Oct. 1 at the First Baptist
Church with Pastor Ken Akins officiating. Interment was in Spring Creek Cemetery
under the care of Erdman Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Darrell Watson, Len Wilder, Jim Ogden,
Joseph Hunter, Bob Rising and Harold Bickel.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Arthritis
Foundation.
