EVA IRENE KOSTER
Long-time Bingen resident Eva Irene Koster, 71, died
of natural causes March 28. Funeral services were Monday, April 2, at Christian
Assembly Church with Rev. Dennis Conner presiding. Committal followed at
White Salmon Cemetery.
She was born Sept. 2, 1918, in Nevada, Mo., to Mr. and
Mrs. John Williams. She moved to Bingen in 1961. She was a homemaker, and
was a member of the White Salmon Christian Assembly Church and the Klickitat
County Senior Citizens.
She enjoyed her work with the Senior Citizens. She also
enjoyed painting and doing embroidery work.
She is survived by sons Charles Shirk of White Salmon,
Ernest Shrik of Springfield, Mo., Robert Marquardt of Chico, Calif., and
Bob Koster of Mosier, Ore.; daughter Pearl Stout of Wellsville, Kansas; 12
grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
