EDITH IRENE VOGT
Edith Irene Andrews was born in 1876 at Dows, Iowa. At
the age of 12 she moved to Nebraska and on June 30, 1894 was married to Hans
Vogt. To this union eight children were born. She passed away on October
31, 1948 at the age of 72 following an illness of two years.
Two children preceded her in death.
In 1948 she moved to Washington where she made her home
with her youngest daughter, Elmina Luth.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. George from White
Salmon.
Left to mourn her are her husband and three daughters,
Mrs. Grace Audiss, Butte, Nebraska; Mrs. Elsie Staltenberg, Napper, Nebraska;
and Mrs. Elmina Luth, White Salmon; three sons, John K. Vogt, Klickitat;
Claus E. Vogt, Naper, Nebraska; and Raloz Vogt, Entiat, Wash.
Also surviving are four brothers and one sister, 26
grandchildren and one great grandson.
