OBITUARY
Mrs. Emma Jane Mingus was born near Oskalossa, Iowa,
June 3rd, 1880. Her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. G.R. Mitchell, 5 brothers,
2 sisters and 6 children survive.
She came to Washington in 1989. Since coming here she
united with the Nazarene church of which she continued a member until her
death, which occurred at the home of her parents in this city on Friday,
Nov. 14. She was aged 45 years, 5 months and 17 days.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon, with interment
in the Spring Creek Cemetery, Rev. D.A. Storey, pastor of the Methodist church,
officiating.
