ELMER SELLSTED
Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 22, for
Elmer Sellsted of Willard who died November 19 at Skyline Hospital in White
Salmon at the age of 81.
Had Mr. Sellsted lived one more day, he and his wife
Georgena would have celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary.
He was born January 1, 1885 in Fargo, North Dakota. Before
his retirement he was a carpenter for Broughton Lumber Co. in Willard.
He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Doris Prante
of Hillsboro, Oregon; two sons, Cephas and Herbert Sellsted of Willard; and
a sister, Mrs. Ida Griffin of Estawan, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Funeral services were held at Gardner's Funeral Home
in White Salmon with the Rev. Leslie Lewis officiating.
Casket bearers were Lowell Leighton, Jack O'Leary, Joe
Richards, John Young, Arthur Frencken and James Green.

SELLSTED SERVICE AT GARDNER'S
Elmer Sellsted was born in Fargo, North Dakota to Mr.
and Mrs. Alfred Sellsted on January 1, 1885.
He was married to Georgeina Cornelius November 20, 1907
at Manatoba, Canada. For the last 32 years they have lived at Willard,
Washington. Mr. Sellsted worked for Broughton Lumber Company as a carpenter
before his retirement.
After a long illness he passed away at Skyline Hospital
in White Salmon, Washington on November 19th.
He is survived by his wife, Georgeina of Cook, Washington;
three children Cephas Sellsted of Willard, Washington, Doris Prante of Hillsboro,
Oregon and Herbert Sellsted of Cook, Washington; and a sister, Ida Griffin
of Estavan, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Funeral Services were Tuesday, November 22nd, at Gardner's
Chapel in White Salmon at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Mr. Leslie Lewis officiating.
Interment was in the White Salmon Cemetery.

Funeral services were Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 22 at Gardners'
Funeral Chapel at White Salmon with Rev. Leslie Lewis officiating. Burial
was in Goodwill cemetery, White Salmon.
Casket bearers were Lowell Leighton, Jack O'Leary, Joe
Richards, Joe Young, Arthur Frencken and James Green.
Mr. Sellsted was born Jan. 1, 1885 in Fargo, North Dakota.
He had lived at Willard for 32 years. Prior to his retirement he worked as
a carpenter for Broughton Lumber Co.
