MRS. J.L. SMITH DIES AFTER STROKE

     Mrs. J.L. Smith died at the Klickitat General Hospital Thursday morning at 1 o'clock following a stroke Wednesday afternoon while working in the kitchen of her home.
     She told her daughter, Mrs. Bowen who was visiting with her, that she was feeling sort of dizzy, then that everything turned black as the stroke at her. Mrs. Bowen ran to Mrs. Lemley's for help and a doctor was called.
     Mrs. Bowen's husband and two daughters were also here.
