MISS EDITH M. COATE PASSES AWAY AT TROUT LAKE
TROUT LAKE, WN., JAN 24:-- Miss Edith M. Coate, beloved
daughter of Anna and Frank Coate, of this valley, passed away early Monday
morning from a illness complicated by the influenza.
She had been bed-ridden for the past eighteen months
and made a valiant fight against the disease that made her its victim. She
was loved and respected by all and was remembered in so many ways during
her illness by the people in the valley. We extend our deepest sympathy to
the parents and brothers and sisters who survive her and hope her loss will
be compensated by the fact that the Master Physician heals all ills and drys
the tears of those who weep.
The funeral was held Wednesday, from the church. School
being dismissed in the afternoon so those who wished might attend. Interment
was in Trout Lake cemetery.
