MRS. SHIPPEY BURIED AT LYLE SUNDAY

     Mrs. O.E. Shippey, one of the early pioneer's of Lyle, who passed away in Portland, was buried in Lyle Sunday. She is survived by her husband, one son, Blair, and a daughter, Florence Swanson.

MRS. SHIPPEY PASSES

     The funeral for Mrs. O.E. Shippey who passed away in the Emanuel hospital in Portland last week, was held in Lyle. She was layed to rest in the Lyle cemetery.
     Mrs. Shippey leaves a daughter, Mrs. Charles B. Swanson, her husband, E.O. Shippey and a son Blair.
