EMMETT LOCKE, PIONEER VETERAN, LAID TO REST IN LOCAL CEMETERY MONDAY

     Funeral services were held Monday at Camas for Emmett Locke, pioneer of this district. Burial was in the local I.O.O.F. cemetery Monday at 3 p.m.
     Emmett Locke died at the Veteran's hospital in Vancouver. A niece, Mrs. John Splawn, lives here. A firing squad of the Veterans of Foreign Wars paid last rites to the pioneer veteran of the district.
