EDWIN ANDERSON
Edwin R. Anderson, a Mid-Columbia resident since 1950
died April 2 in Wahkiacus, at the age of 68.
Mr. Anderson was born Sept. 11, 1916, in Leonard, Minn.,
to Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Anderson. He was a retired sawmill worker, a veteran
of World War II and a member of the Grace Lutheran Church in Klickitat.
He is survived by his wife, Gladys, Wahkiacus; children,
John Anderson, Goldendale, George Anderson, Sunnymead, Calif., Kelvin Anderson
and Karen Schlangen, both of Klickitat, and Sandra Aterbury, Halsey, Ore.;
three brothers; three sisters; 12 grand-children and six great-grandchildren.
Services for Mr. Anderson were held Friday at 2 p.m.
at Klickitat Baptist Church in Klickitat, with the Rev. Kevin Dow officiating.
Interment was in the Seventh-Day Adventist Cemetery in Wahkiacus.
