FANNIE B. KOLBABA
Born Sept. 1, 1897, in Grand Junction, Colo., Fanny B.
Kolbaba died Dec. 26 in Hood River at the age of 82.
Mrs. Kolbaba worked as a homemaker all her life, moving
to White Salmon in 1973. She is survived by her husband Henry R, Kolbaba,
White Salmon; two sons, John Kolbaba, Lakeview, Ore., and Ted Kolbaba, White
Salmon; three daughters, Irene Jacobsen, Vancouver, Berniece Wheeler, Oliver,
British Columbia, and Dottie Barreith, Montesano; two sisters, Goldie Kortum,
Arizona, and Mary Coleman, Pasco; 13 grand-children; four great-grand-children;
and one great-great-grandchild.
Walter Nelson and John Sterling officiated at funeral
services for Mrs. Kolbaba, Saturday morning at Gardner Funeral Home. Burial
was at the White Salmon Cemetery.
