PARKS - In this city Dec. 2, Frances Emily Parks, aged 76 years, beloved mother of William H. Parks of Oxford, Kan.; George L Parks of Tarlac, P.I.; Frederick Parks of Portland, Mrs. George Douglass, Multnomah, Or.; sister of William, Langworthy, Kan. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Dec. 4, at 3 P.M. at residential chapel of Miller & Tracey. The remains will be forwarded to Lyle, Wash., where interment will be made at a later date. BR 2691
