FREDA T. MCGHEE
Freda T. McGhee, a Klickitat County native, died Tuesday
in Hood River, at the age of 85.
Mrs. McGhee was born Sept. 10, 1903, in Glenwood, to
Peter and Josie Troh. She was raised in Glenwood but lived in various places
around the Northwest after high school. She lived in Hawaii for 15 years,
moving to White Salmon to be nearer her family after her husband's death.
She worked as a seamstress for many years.
Mrs. McGhee is survived by her sons, Don Gilmer, White
Salmon, and Eugene Keel, Alaska, brother, Norman Troh, Glenwood, seven
grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services for Mrs. McGhee will be hald Friday
at 2 p.m. at Mt. Adams Cemetery in Glenwood.
