FRED V. TRENT
Fred V. Trent, 71 year-old resident of Bingen, died January
7.
He came to Bingen at 30 years ago, and is survived by
his widow, Alta Trent, Bingen; one son, Gene Trent, Tacoma; three daughters,
Lois Fuller, Spokane, Lucille Lawrence, White Salmon, Edith Graham, White
Salmon; two brothers, Clifford, Seattle, and Arlie, Long Beach; three sisters,
Clara Kilgore, Stella Dean and Alma Stakey, all of Kansas; 20 grandchildren,
three great-grandchildren, and 38 nieces and nephews.
He was born Jan. 7, 1906 in Thornfield, Mo.; and died
in Hood River. Funeral for Mr. Trent was Jan. 11 at Gardner's Funeral Home
Chapel, with the Rev. Bobby Beauchamp officiating. Interment was in the White
Salmon Cemetery District #1, with services directed by Gardner's Funeral
Home, Inc.
