LA VACK FUNERAL HELD AT CATHOLIC CHURCH MONDAY
The funeral of Fred La Vack, farmer-merchant of Trout
Lake, was held from the St. Joseph's Catholic church in White Salmon, Monday,
May 2nd at 9:00 a.m. with Rev. Father T.A. Edwards, officiating.
Mr. LaVack had been ill from heart trouble for some time,
which ultimately caused his death. He was a convert to the Catholic church
having been received two weeks ago. The members of St. Joseph's Church extended
his family their sympathy.
Remains were laid to rest in the Trout Lake cemetery.
The funeral arrangements were in care of Gardner's Service.

Rev. T.A. Edwards was at White Salmon last week where he officiated at the funeral of Fred La Vack, farmer-merchant of Trout Lake. Mr. La Vack had been ill from heart trouble for some time, which caused his death. He was a convert to the Catholic church, having been received two weeks ago. Remains were laid to rest in the Trout Lake cemetery.
