GUSTAVE E. MYHR

     Funeral services were held Monday at the Lyle church for the late Gustave E. Myhr, of Klickitat Heights, who passed away on October 1 at The Dalles hospital. He was born in Norway on February 8, 1877 and had lived at Lyle for 11 years. He is survived by his wife, Eva Myhr and a daughter, Selma Cochenour, of Lyle.
     Rev. W.I. Eck, of Portland, formerly of The Dalles, preached the funeral service. Interment was in the Balch cemetery.

     Funeral services for Gus Myhr were held in the Lyle church Monday afternoon with Rev. Eck of Portland conducting the services. Mr. Myhr passed away in the hospital in The Dalles October 2nd. He had been very ill for several months. Survivors are his wife and a daughter, Mrs. Vernon Cochenour and a small grandson. Burial was in the Balch cemetery with Gardner's Funeral service of White Salmon in charge. He was 65 years of age..
