GEO. H. DEPUE PASSES ON

     Geo. H. Depue died at Husum Thursday, February 26, 1920. Deceased was born in Sicamore, Illinois, on September 3, 1868. Twenty-nine years ago he was married to Miss Cora Foster who died about a year ago. Fifteen years ago came west and has resided practically all of this time in Klickitat County -- at Trout Lake and Husum, with the exception of about a year in Stevenson.
     Deceased leaves one daughter, Mrs. Henry Stalder, of Husum, two sisters -- Mrs. E.C. Cole of Hood River, Ore., and Mrs. A.L. Knight of this city; and a brother, Frank Depue, of this city.
     The funeral services were held Saturday and the remains laid to rest in the Trout Lake Cemetery in the family lot where rest the remains of his wife and two children.

     George H. Depue, for years a member of this community, lately in charge of the telephone exchange at Husum, was buried in Trout Lake cemetery last Saturday.
