RITES FOR MRS. BERRONG FRIDAY
Funeral services for Mrs. Eugene (Georgia Mae) Berrong,
46, Bingen, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, on July 19, at the Bethel
Congregational Church, White Salmon.
Gardner's are in charge of funeral arrangements. The
Rev. Roger Clevenger will officiate. Richard Shipp, soloist, will be accompanied
by Mrs. Scott Callihan, organist. Burial will be in Goodwill Cemetery.
Casket bearers will be Marvin Garrett, Ted Pierson, Bernard
Fester, Dale Murray, Ernest Hearn and Ervin Powell.
Mrs. Berrong was born March 9, 1979 and Sacramento,
California and has lived in Bingen since '53. She has been employed as a
bookkeeper for the Hood River Supply Assoc. for the past 2½ years. She
died Monday, June 15, at her home.
Mrs. Berrong is survived by her husband Eugene, and four
children, all of Bingen: Constance Jean, 13; William Charles, 12; Patricia
Ann, 7; and Beverly Jo, 4; and her mother, Lucille B. Breedlove and step-father,
Lawrence Breedlove, Vancouver.
The deceased was a member of the Mt. Adams Emblem Club
No. 321 of White Salmon.

SERVICE TO BE FRIDAY FOR MRS. BERRONG
Georgia Mae Berrong, resident of Bingen, Washington the
past 10 years, passed away at her home on July 15th. She was born March 9,
1917 at Sacremento, California, the daughter of Lucille and William M. Gardner.
On October 16, 1940 she was united in marriage to Eugene K. Berrong at Stevenson,
Washington.
Mrs. Berrong will long be remembered as an excellent
violinist as she had entertained many over the past years.
She leaves her husband, Eugene, and four children: Constance
Jean, William, Patricia Ann and Beverly Jo, all of Bingen, Washington; also
her mother and step-father, Lucille and Lawrence Breedlove of Vancouver,
Washington.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 19th, 1963,
1:30 p.m. at the Bethel Congregational Church in White Salmon with the Rev.
Mr. Roger Clevenger officiating. Interment will be in White Salmon.
Casket bearers will be: Marvin Garrett, Dale Murray,
Ted Pierson, Ernest Hearn, Bernard Fester and Ervin Powell.
Mr. Richard Shipp will be soloist and Mrs. Marion Callihan,
organist.
